The staff are consistently courteous, the rooms are new-fashioned and functional. The breakfast is well priced and reasonably good, available with even Chocolate cake and muffins, for instance. The hotel provides an excellent service.

The hotel room was neat with views of the duomo from the terrace. The provided service was excellent. Its location was MARVELLOUS, so close to the historic center and tram, mytaxi.

Our double room with a king bed had fantastic views of the Duomo from the terrace. The location was perfect, only about 1 mile from SM Train Station or a 13 € taxi ride. The staff was always pleasant and friendly, and ready to help whenever we needed.

Fairly clean, great value hotel, the location was good just next door to the center of the "action " in Florence as well as T2 tram. The room we had included a lounge and an iron.
